Design Feature:
For some sizes, the volute to compensate the radial forces.The bearing frame, incl, shaft, impeller and stuffing box form a composite parts,the pump body don’t need to be removed from the pipeline during maintenance.
1 Pump Body:
Adopt double volute in DN80 above, and the pump body is supported by the feet, with replaceable ring, and can wash the ring, Between the pump body and pump cover available metal flat gasket seal compression.
2 Flange
Flanges arenormally related to PN16 or PN25, depending on the material.They can however also be designed to ANSI125 ro 150 ibs.
3 Hydraulic balance and axial force balance
The pressure acting on the shaft seals is compensated by means of back shrouds or balancing bores at the impeller
4 bearing and lubrication
Antifriction bearings designed for long durability and an amply dimensioned shaft ensure a particularly smooth running.
5 Shaft Seal
The shaft is sealed either by cooled or cooled or uncooled soft packings or by single or double mechanical seals of various designs which can also be balanced.
