Annealing: softening casting blank parts, mainly used in the process of production of slurry pump impeller, annealing in the set of turnbuckle, and then processed for normalizing to use hardness


Tempering, the hardness has reached the ideal state of parts of secondary changes in crystal structure, make the material of the inside of the accessories distribution is more homogeneous, so that the parts has more flexibility and wear-resisting corrosion resistance
